My Program:
Trying to stay in the SP calorie range.
Going to the gym 4-5 days a week, doing cardio for at least 30 minutes each time and strength training every other day.

hey there! how are you doing? i want to read the hunger games now. i never did when i was younger. i was more on vampire diaries when i was younger. they have a show on The CW Network, absolutely LOVE it. I DVR it in case I miss it. lol Hope you have a great weekend!!

Thank you for the comment on my blog, you are a truly sweet and beautiful person and I'm sorry we never got to meet over a cup of tea while you were in Chicago! Keep up the exercising, do you feel better after you work out? If not, change it up a little! Do something to reward yourself, to feel good about yourself. I know that I feel like I need some strictness or punishment when I've been "bad" about the scale, but don't do that!
I'm going to love myself right now and trust that by doing such my body will fall into its correct weight. You can do this!!
