My Program:
Trying to stay in the SP calorie range.
Going to the gym 4-5 days a week, doing cardio for at least 30 minutes each time and strength training every other day.

Hey! Whats going on? I haven't heard from you in a while. I was off of here for about 9 months because I was ill, and now I come on and see you are gone and I am sad. emoticon I hope you are still maintaining! I didn't manage to do that well with my hiatus.
