Trying to stay in the SP calorie range.
Going to the gym 4-5 days a week, doing cardio for at least 30 minutes each time and strength training every other day.

Hey there! I'm glad you're back! You're always so sweet and encouraging! But, I have to admit, that I haven't really been Sparking all this time... =( I had gained a lot of weight over the summer, and only about a month ago started to lose again... It's been a hard struggle, but I've lost 12.5 lbs so far, and have been off of sweets for a little over a month! So I'm making strides slowly but surely... =) How have you been?
