There are many times that I have made a poor choice (failing at that moment) but it doesn't have to dictate my day. I repeat the sentence below often as a reminder for me to keep working at it. I love myself enough to change my lifestyle....I know it's not easy and will take a lot of work and dedication, but it'll be worth it. My family deserves it....above all else, I deserve it.

My Program:
I am tracking my food, getting in at least 8 cups of water, and 10 minutes of fitness every day. Reading blogs and articles to gain knowledge and inspiration to keep going; to not give up the fight. And lastly, being kind to myself.
Other Information:
I am an avid gardener and scrapbooker. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my daughter. I have found that I enjoy things like kickboxing, riding my bicycle, rollerblading. I no longer feel limited!
