Italy here I come!

Ok...so here is the deal. I am fat. Not a little fat...really fat. I have to lose weight and my motivation sucks because I am exhausted all the time. I wake up tired, go to sleep tired, and am tired all day long. And I am so frickin sick of it. TIME FOR CHANGE!!!!

Thanks for your comment. I just need to get up the courage to take the test. I am tempted to wait until the 1st of September. It's hard though...I thought i was pregnant back in March. I was an emotional wreck after test after test of seeing.

My tiredness comes from me carrying around two extra people worth of fat. Yes, I have seen a doctor about it. I am overall healthy at the moment, but very overweight. I don't want my health to change because of my weight. I go to sleep at 9pm and wake up at 5am every day. Breakfast consisted of protein with a light carb. Still exhausted. I sleep fitfully because of my back hurting at night...because...of my weight.
