I'm a 63-year-old Grandmother of 8 beautiful grandchildren. I have been happily married for 37 years. I have been smoke free for 9 years now. Since I have quit smoking and then acquired Grave's disease 4 years ago and now hypothyroid, I have had difficulty losing the 30 pounds I want to lose to become healthier.
