I am a semi retired 59 year old lady trying to live the healthiest life style possible.

I live in the north woods of Minnesota. My husband of 40 years and I are enjoying retirement together. There is no better place in the world than Minnesota in the summer. There are 314 lakes in our county alone.
We have two adult children. Our daughter is mother to our only grand child and is in a relationship with a young man who has a son. They make a wonderful family.
Our son is single and a work in progress, lol. He is finally making an attempt at a healthy lifestyle. I couldn't be happier.
