My Goals:
All of my life, I have been setting myself up for health failure. My goal is to turn that around and take better care of myself for my family, but more importantly, for myself.
I will eat better, exercise more, and reap the rewards like lower body weight, more energy, more positive attitude, and better overall health!

My Program:
Food-wise, I am tracking everything I eat, staying within my goal ranges, and trying to make more nutritious food choices.
Exercise-wise, I'm walking 10,000 steps each day, doing a 40 minutes of cardio 5 times each week, and planning to add a strength component.

Thanks! I will post some pictures soon of mine. It is wood and jade beads with a cute sugar candy skull to finish it. :) I actually ran yesterday and didn't harm myself too badly! Honestly I think I need new shoes. Which is a bummer since I usually end up buying $100+ pair of shoes. Maybe the hubby will listen to me now when I say I need two pairs of shoes to I don't over-use my running shoes. :)
