Soooo close I can almost taste it : P

I began putting weight on when I had my daughter in 2006. I gained 50lbs with pregnancy and continued to gain more. It has been a constant struggle going up and down with my weight loss. For the past few years I can say only up : /

I have a very, very, very hard time getting weight off and keeping it off. The first time in a long time, I lost weight I only lost about 12lbs with the "FAT Smash Diet" book, but then soon gained it back.

I have managed to take off 51 lbs ...

I have managed to take off 51 lbs so far in approximately 11 months. It has been difficult but very rewarding. As corny as it sounds to hear "life style change" this is the honest truth. I have come to grips that the work "diet" is very temporary. A life style change is for ever!

I have 20 more lbs to go and also maintain my weight loss. I am hoping I can get to my goal weight and continue feeling better and better about myself.

Thanks for inviting me to this website and showing me how to maneuver! I just wanted to come and send a few motivating words your way! You have come SO far in your weight-loss! Everyday, when I see you at work, I notice how you're scrubs are fitting so much looser! You have been SOOO strong when it comes to your food choices (even when I heckle you about going to get naughty Chipotle!) You are such an inspiration and a great example that ANYONE can get the body they want if they just set their mind to it! LOVE YOU MAMAS!!!
