LONG TERM: I will use the gifts God has given me to make a difference in this world. I will be more present to my children and husband because I will no longer be parked on the couch because of ill health. I will do this because I will be feel healthier because of healthier eating and more activity. MID GOALS: I will maintain my weight between 138-143 pounds. I will embark upon the program I will have made the resolutions I made in Starting Goals habits. STARTING GOALS: This week I will make a list of all of the doctor's appointments I need; determine my specific goals; and deiscuss a healthier lifestyle with my family. I will do cardio three times and stretching once.
I will monitor my eating and exercise four times a week.
I live in the beautiful Black Hills, nestled amidst beautiful pine and aspen trees. I'm married with three sons, one of whom is still at home.
Thanks for your comment on my spark page. I am only 5'5, so another 10 lbs would put me around your BMI. But the menopause thing is really diffiuclt. My waist size is bigger than in the past at the same weight, about one inch. I really would like to try to lose this last 10!
Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. My other son never moved away and it is nice to have him and his family close. I know about the shirt thing, I will definitely keep one of his, but not tell him.
