Getting healthy!

I recently found out that my cholesterol and triglycerides are through the roof!

Since I want to be around for many more years, I am actively working to lose weight and get my cholesterol under control. Thus far I'm 100% self started. I've been dieting for 2 weeks on my own now and plan to continue. I use an exercise bike for most of my working out and plan to continue that until I build some stamina.

Failure is not an option this time. I can and will do it.

I'm a big internet gaming geek. I play World of Warcraft and Pogo among others, but those two are my must haves.

*Update*

Since writing this, I have seriously cut back my time spent on the computer and online. We have a new house and making improvements as well as unpacking our belongings is at the top of the list.

I like the idea of breaking it down. My goal is to be at 180 by Halloween. That is a 15 pound overall loss and an 8 pound this month goal. Overall, I want to be at 140... but that is by my birthday Oct 4 of NEXT year.
