My Goals:
I Praise God for giving me the will power to maintain my current weight loss program. My goal is to get down to around 135 lbs.
My Program:
I count calories.....yes, the bane of calorie counting.......but it has worked. And I also joined Curves in July, which has made the weight drop even faster.
Personal Information:
Let's see...where shall I begin. I'm 59 years old, have 2 grown daughters and 6 grandchildren. My Dad died in 2004.
My Mother was diagnosed with Cancer in October of 2006. She took chemo until March of 2007. Here at the end of 2008, she's still in the battle with cancer...
