Hi Minka. Thankyou for the welcome you left on my page. Your achievement is a real example and encouragement to me. I haven't tried listing my physical activities for a day and I found the nutrition tracker hard to use as I didn't recognise a lot of the foods listed. I keep track of what I eat in my head at the moment and I try and do some exercise (walking) 3 times a week but I haven't reached that figure yet. The best I have done is twice in the same week. But for someone who doesn't like to be outside, has never excised and hates exercising, I figure I'm not doing too badly! I hope I can achieve the weight loss that you have. Well done.! 3018 days ago
Hi. I just joined Golfers for Health team and linked to your spark page. I love to golf, but here in Alberta, Canada, our golf season is short (May to September). I spend as much of the summer on the course as I can, and my short term goal is to lose 10 to 15 pounds this summer. Take care and good golf.
