My primary plan is counting calories and aiming for a good balance of carbs, protein, fat and fiber. I don't like the idea of "dieting" because that seems temporary. Instead I know I must make lifestyle changes for long-term. It doesn't hurt to switch up plans periodically to keep the motivation stirred up.
I live in central Florida along with my husband, two daughters and their families. I love going to the beach and being awed by the grandeur of the ocean.
