Hi there! I've pretty much always been healthy and active until 10/11..and alot changed. I like to say that my life divorced me and I'm starting from scratch in every area. As a result of the sudden shock of unexpectedly starting over I began binge eating and gained 30# in less than 9mos. I'm done. Time to get control of my life back. Time to get my life back! My Goals:
I will get back to my ideal wt of 119. But after i get into the 120's I'll be buying new clothes!
My Program:
My GF is my long distance wt loss buddy! She showed me SparkPeople about 3yrs ago and I thought it was a great idea but didn't 'need' it. I love being active and have missed it terribly. I am more focused on doing what I used to do (because I didn't have a weight issue). Which means that I rarely feel the need for breakfast and I'm not cutting anything out completely...not desserts, not alcohol. I'm looking to get control of my life back not reach a set goal. And I refuse to buy a car until this 30# is GONE!!! Walking is awesome!
