    Thanks for your comment on my blog. I hope you do go back to TOPS, or start a chapter in your area if that's what you are interested in doing. I've been going with my mom since 2009. Some of the ladies in our chapter, MN1295 Inver Grove Heights, have been there longer then that.

    I know what you mean about motivation. That's the secret to success. I've been losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds over the years for the same reason. I get motivated to start and after a few weeks the motivation has waned, old eating habits creep back in and I'm right back to where I started. I was very motivated, some might call it obsessed, to keep my GPA up when I was in college. When I wasn't at school I was at home with my nose in a book studying. Why can't I seem to harness that same motivation and use it to focus on losing weight. Motivation is like the holy grail for losing weight. If someone could come up with a plan to keep your motivation level up it would be a million dollar idea. Best wishes for your success.
