Getting on the right track

When I was 17, I weighed 155 pounds. After 5 children and 3 marriages, I was up to 262 pounds on January 7, 2008, which was my highest weight ever. My joints hurt everytime I move and I get out of breathe real easy. I know that all this is caused by my weight. At least, I can say, thank goodness, that I do not have any health issues except my weight. Once I get my weight down, I know that I will feel so much better both physically and mentally. Thanks for the Spark Goodie and the encouraging word. Like you, I am trying to get in as much walking as I can. I WILL NOT give up. I know this bouncing weight has to settle down soon. I'm going to try setting a timer at work and getting up every hour to do a circuit of the office.

We Can do this!!

Do you remember the get together discussion? You had mentioned a park near boscawen and one in Warner. Could you possible find out the names? I'd like to research them
