I am doing great! I am on day 3 of my new plan (which is the same as my plan before but, I am ACTUALLY doing it now. LOL)
Day 1: I only went over my calories a little bit and I drank almost 8 glasses of water. I didn't workout though. I was tired and bloated all day. Day 2: I stayed inside my calorie range, ate more veggies and less carbs, I exercised 50 minutes and drank all 8 glasses of water! WooHoo! Day 3 (today): So far, stayed in my calorie range, ate lots of veggies, drank 8 glasses of water and walked on my treadmill.
