New Goal: Biking Trip 2015

After losing 100 pound 2010-2012, I've put 50 back on. Discouraging! How did it happen? Overeating. I get in denial about how much I'm eating and tell myself that a few extras don't count.

They all count. Every bit of food counts. Back to logging every bite.


Time to stop being discouraged and frustrated and focus on GOALS. I want to go on a bike trip in Switzerland next summer. So I've got to start getting in shape and training NOW.

My Goals:
I want to lose at least 50 pounds, fit back into a size 8 or smaller, get back to my pre-accident fitness level, and keep up with my active husband.



My Program:
I'm eating a mostly vegetarian diet, riding my bike to work, walking the dog a little further each day, and having fun. At least one 25+-mile bike ride per week.
