I want to lose 30 pounds by spring and maintain that weight loss for a while. After that I would like to lose another 10-15 pounds.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and calories. I work out at Curves 3 days/week and walk 2.

Have a FANTASTIC FRIDAY and a SUPER-DUPER WEEKEND filled with lots of exercise, healthy eating and most importantly do things that make you happy!

It's a new month, "MAY" you lose a bunch more weight and be proud of all you've accomplished!
