I'm just beginning week two of ChaLEAN extreme & I do like it so far... I still do cardio (running, biking, precor, stairs, etc) at the gym on top of the program, so I really just wanted ChaLEAN to give me some structure for regular strength training. I do like it... I was worried I'd find her annoying but she's actually pretty cool & very motivating. It makes me feel good, I'm seeing more definition slowly, slowly, & feeling healthier all around, which is what counts for me. Hope you had a great weekend :) 1977 days ago
yeah, i have already seen how much of a difference my ST and cardio are! it's made me really question all the time i spend lifting! *lol* i know strength training is important, but it really doesn't burn that much. i definitely need to be adding in more cardio than i had been doing. 1979 days ago
