I have a bit a ways to go before I can tackle a half-marathon. I'm working on accomplishing Spark's virtual 5k challenge! Which is a challenge enough for me.

Thanks for the encouragement!! Luckily - I'm not overwhelmed by where I'm at and where I want to be when it comes to running. I will definitely be watching you for motivation!!

I was just checking out your blog on healthy recipes, and I'm excited to try the "Tuna Oat Burgers," they sound great! My Husband was standing behind me when I was reading it, and he too is excited to try them, THANKS! : )

Why thank you. I think I basically did that Monday night when I found out. My youngest daughter said, "so that means that now you can train me, right?" It was cute.

Thanks for commenting on my feed. Hey, I passed my CFT exam. Now I am a certified Personal Trainer. I'm so excited! It was a lot of hard work, but so worth it. Now I'm working on my Nutrition Certification.
