Thanks! I think I'm proof that anyone can lose weight. I started small; eating healthy and not counting calories (but in the process cutting back from what I was eating). Then I added in workouts slowly until I started getting comfortable and seeing results. Then I joined Spark and started tracking everything. But ultimately it was just working out and counting calories that did it. 1603 days ago
Ya, I really haven't been on very much. It was hard for me to balance while working two jobs. I tend to spend TOO much time on spark so thats why I was avoiding it.
I have a 1 month break from my interpreting job at the college, so I have been working out the last few days and trying to figure out what I want to "try" next! lol I am thinking I just want to focus on making meals at home (rather than eating out all the time, like we do) and exercising regularly. In a sense, I guess I am starting over AGAIN...*sigh* I have been yo-yo-ing about 4 pounds around 182...has been hard for me to get under 180! Right now I am about 185 and hoping to get down to 160 by the summer since that is when I will start looking for a wedding dress....oh lord! haha
