"Even if the challenges are immense and the obstacles are many, step forward and live the life you choose to live. Your dreams are worth every effort. Even if you get knocked down again and again, get right back up and get going. With enough persistence, any goal is within your reach. Even if you canít see all the way to the end of the road, go ahead and take the first step. Each time you make some progress, youíll find new ways to make even more. Even if your results fall short of your expectations, keep making the effort. Each new day brings you more experience, wisdom and effectiveness. Even if youíve been deeply disappointed in the past, focus on the positive possibilities. For your future is what you choose to make it now." ó Ralph Marston

Hey Mindy, So oil pulling... don't be embarrassed, as I really didn't know what it was until about two weeks ago when I saw my cousin post something about it on Facebook. What its supposed to do is clean the toxins out of your mouth that cause illness. I actually spoke with my friend's sister at Relay for LIfe this weekend and she's been doing it for years along with her husband. You put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and let it melt, then swish it around. You want to work up to 20-30 minutes of swishy in your mouth, making sure you don't swallow it. Then you spit it out. Uck... I barely lasted five minutes yesterday!!! Today I was better at ten. I'll let you know how it goes. Its also supposed to be good for oral health also.
