Would like to get to a healthy body fat % it was 11% when I was in college!!-grr..yeah I know that's a little 2 low but 20ish% would be nice. I'm 193 lbs now which is way 2 much for 5ft- I would be happy at 134, thrilled at 128 and amazed with 120. I don't want to focus on the weight as much as I want to focus on the process and doing everything I can to get and stay healthy and then when I get there I really have to maintain and not fall off the wagon. I spent the past 10 years being all or nothing with my eating healthy and exercise and I am currently just trying to move from the stage of writing healthy grocery lists and menu plans to actually doing something, I have so many reasons to get healthy and I just want to feel healthy and have some energy, get more sleep,have less stress.......and it would be nice to have just one chin again.....ugh!
