Every Day Is A New Day

I'm a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member as of June 2006 and a Certified Personal Trainer. I've lost 40 pounds and look to help others reach their goals. I love to lift weights, run, hike, walk, bike and do pilates. I have been through EVERYTHING when it comes to weight loss. I'm always looking for new ways to challenge and motivate myself as well as others! The only way to do this is to ask questions, share ideas and offer support. It can be done!

Thanks for adding me to! I love your video logs! They're great! The mullet guy singing about coffee was a scream! Keep up all your hard work! Weight Watchers really worked for me to! I still count what I'm eating and it helps me keep my portions right and to know when it's okay to splurge to! Looking forward to getting to know you better! Keep sparkin! :)

Thank you for the comment on my post about adding weight training to workouts. I also enjoyed your vlog on Pilates and I gave it Pilates are a lot harder than it looks , but from what I read the exercise gets great results. You look great.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! Yes, I'm a believer in WW, and I think this time around will be different. In the past, I relied on only the points and didn't take the time to exercise. Now, I've set a goal of earning daily activity points instead of using my 49 "flex" points. Basically, I'm having to work for my extra points and mentally that puts me in a different mind set. I love your Vlogs, btw, I have toyed with the idea of doing the same :)
