Hello!

On January 1, 2012, I weighed 190 lbs. I vowed to get down into the 160's as I had been trying to already for a few years. Over the course of 2012, by working out and watching what I ate (food journal occasionally), I lost 18lbs. I'm down to 170 now and I will not give up on my goal to get into the 160's. I'm hoping to get close to 160 and maintain in that range this year. Also, my BMI will bring me out of the "obese" category once I reach 163. I would love to not be considered obese anymore!
