I decided if I was going to be successful at loosing weight I would need to make a lifestyle change. I am using WW as a guide to healthy eating, I workout 6 days a week and make sure i get plenty of rest and drink a lot of water. I keep a daily journal for my food and my thoughts. My goal is to be fit and fab at 50.

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

Hi Mindie. I just read your blog. I have a question for you. I'm going to be very bold in asking it. I apologize if I am out of order. Are you a Christian? There is a reason why I ask. If you are, I have a wonderful team for you to check out. "Thin Within". The reason why I am being bold in asking you if you're Christian, the way you are handling your over eating from yesterday is what we try to do in "Thin Within". We "observe and correct". Learning from your mistakes. If this sounds interesting to you at all, check out the team "Thin Within", there is a new study starting shortly. And check out my page if you want to know more, without going to the team first. I hope to get to know you better and we can help each other on this journey of releasing the excess fat from our body!

You sound like you have a good plan that you are setting into motion!

We didn't gain our weight from overeating at one meal alone. So remember to get back on program at your next meal.
