MindfulMisfits Spark Page

This is not my first time on Sparkpeople. But i am hoping that its my last. As i am planning on being here long enough to get the job done and then some.

I am going to try and take a more laid back approach to my new lifestyle change and hopefully wont get to stressed out about small mistakes and slips.

I am going to take each day as it comes. Enjoy the moment for what it is and have an absolute ball doing it. Next stop positive health and fitness.
