The title of this sparkpage is my daily motto. I am a married full time working mom, and I can always come up with 100 excuses not to work out on any given day!

Over the summer of 2009, I started the Couch to 5K running program, and have challenged myself over and over. I soon began spinning classes and riding outdoors, and began swimming. Now I am into Triathlons!

Hello!! I actually haven't been using the Shakeology for a while.. I went running a few months ago and had it before I went....I got home and my stomach got very upset and it "came back out" to be polite! I haven't been able to bring myself to drink it again since! I will, just not any time soon!

How are things for you?!?!?!
