I know you've been having a difficult time lately. It's very challenging to get things going in the right direction when you feel yourself backsliding. How about you start with one small goal for each week? Maybe you drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. The second week add something more like substitute one processed carb with a veggie or fruit. Week three maybe you substitute one high fat meat choice for a leaner selection. It doesn't all have to happen at the same time and you should be able to celebrate every little positive thing. Every baby step you take is in still going in the right direction. emoticon

Hey Mina - Was reading about your aches and pains. It sounds like your muscles are stiff from all the exercise. Sometimes it can cause your body to tense in abnormal places. What I would do is do a lite warm up and swing my arms gently, maybe march in place. Then when my body is warmed up I would do some stretching. I don't know how familiar you are with yoga, but the child's pose is great for the back. Extending your arms above your head and tilting from side to side. Also for the lower back I usually sit upright in a resting pose and then slowly stretch forward or I extend my legs in front of me and grab my toes simultaneously stretching my shoulders and lower back. It does wonders for tightness in your hips. Good luck! emoticon
