Time to cut the crap!

Ok, so this is what, my 4th time here?? I keep making excuses, oh ill start tomorrow, i'll work out later - well i'm tired of that and i'm tired of being fat! I am still down from my original starting weight, but not far enough. I have to do this, more importantly, i need to and want to do this. I dont want to be stick thin, i just want to be fit and healthy and finally get rid of this excess weight that i gained after my 2nd child - 4 years ago!!. I have hypothyroidism which doesn't help me ...

Be aware of what i eat by tracking everything

drink water!!!!

Swap my white bread, rice and pasta for brown...

exercise daily, even if its just 15 mins but would like to work to 60 mins 5 days a week

Personal Information:
I live in New York and have lived here for about 5 years now - its a wonderful place and im still excited about living here...

Other Information:
I love reading, love music of all kinds and love movies... i love alot of different stuff really - just not exercising apparently - but this will change!!

I was reading your spark page & I wanted to share with you that I was "off SP" & stopped tracking my food after a few bouts of overeating - but i am "back" now and i hope to be more consistent.

I'm a mom of two boys too. 2 and 10 years. I'm workin on losin 20 pounds so I'm back to me finally. emoticon

Hey thanks for the Goodie you sent me :)
I live in the Bronx and work in lower Manhattan, down at the South St. Seaport :) This weight loss does feel amazing, I can't believe how much my body has changed so far and I'm excited for the changes that are still to come!!!
