Back On The Saddle Again
Goal set at 30 pounds by Dec 24. Goal for the week is to walk 60 miles So far this week 26. 34 left. I also jogged for 10 mins great day for exercise. Was included in the miles walked.

My Goals:
30 pounds by Dec 24 60 miles walked by Sunday Joining teams for support so I can get rid of the extra weight once and for all
My Program:
Walking 6-10 miles a day. Trying to get into a plan for the food I am eating that works for me.

Live it. 7.The Scale Just Says A Number...It Is More About How You Feel! 8.Move Your Body To Get A Better Body. 9.If It Is Not Fun You Won't Do It!!!!! 10.Don't say you're going to do it, do it and say you did it 11.Self-Control is like a muscle. The more we use it, the stronger it gets.
