Weight Loss Success Story of a 176lb. 13-year-old Girl

I've always been the fat kid. My weight kept climbing until I was 176 lbs. at age 13. I realized that my weight was just going to keep climbing if I didn't do something. My self-esteem was already bad enough. My family was large too so I had just not learned how to eat correctly. After I started losing weight, my family did too, and they weren't even trying to (except my Mom who was dieting with me).

They've told me that when they see me they think: if little Christina (a child!) can do it then I can too. For the first time that I can remember, I'm now at a normal weight. My next goal is to stay healthy and get fit.

If you've been having migraines for four days straight you need to see a doctor; I use to get them a lot as a kid and was told to take three advils as soon as I even felt a headache coming on. Now I only get them once in a great while, and I take the advil and it takes care of it. Still, your doctor might recommend something completely different.
