Mimmy, I would love to be your buddy. I've added you as a friend. I too am not DIETING - I'm eating healthier foods and fewer calories - but I am NOT making myself miserable. Just by cutting back I've lost 20lbs in 12 weeks. I started with weigt watchers counting points, which is very easy.
Once I got on Spark, I've moved more towards vegetarian eating - only because I have found that I really like vegeables - lots of them and mostly raw. also lots of nuts & whole grains. It amazes me that I am able to eat quite sufficient protein and am getting excellent nutrients, vitamins and minerals - my potassium and calcium are also way up.
