Finally serious about losing

I quit smoking almost two years ago and began gaining weight on top of the 10 plus pounds I had gained having my daughter. Even working out strenuously 3-4 times a week at the gym hasn't helped me take any weight off and I have now come to the conclusion that I have to seriously address my eating habits. I'm hoping this site can help.
