My Goals:
I want to put on my clothes and not have to worry about rolls and bulges hanging over and oozing out!! I want to have strength and muscle definition and feel energetic and motivated!

My Program:
I gave up soda, sweet tea and multiple glasses of juice a day and switched to water with lemon. I cut my portions, dusted off my food scale and weigh and measure all my foods. It only takes a few minutes and it makes a HUGE difference! I exercise every day and make a point to try new exercises, inexpensive equipment, dvd's etc. to keep things new and not get stuck in a rut. Every day I am more aware of what I put in my mouth and really analyze how it makes me feel. Instead of asking myself "what sounds good" it's become "what does my body need right now" or "how many fruits/vegetables have I had so far" etc. and then make my choices from there. I'm trying to look at food as fuel and not merely something to use for pleasure, to ease boredom, to mask hurt or disappointment. I'm also taking my vitamins every day and taking better care of my skin, investing In better quality cleanser, moisturizer and makeup. This is something I do to make myself feel better right now while I'm working tow

Personal Information:
I have lived in Oregon my entire life; never moved farther than an hour from where I grew up!! I LOVE Oregon and I'm proud to call it home, it's a beautiful state.

Other Information:
I love to read and always have stacks of books and magazines around.
