Soon to be ex-smoker changing her entire life

My smoking quit date is set for next Friday. The Doc says to expect a minimum weight game of 10-15 pounds. That scares me mightily folks. But quitting the smokes first is the right thing to do, so I'm going all in so that I have as much support as I can get to succeed.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I have added you as well.

I hope the quitting smoking is still going well. It's hard, I know. I will reach my 3 year quitting date on Tuesday Oct. 9.

Have a great weekend!

Jackie

Welcome to Sparkpeople.

Wishing you every success with the quit. I quit a 40 a day habit four years ago and have never looked back.
