My Goals:
Started this journey in earnest in March of 2012. Goal is to lose 80 pounds, but more importantly to not feel yucky all the time. Have achived the not yucky part already and am half way to my goal.

My Program:
I really don't have a "program" that is what is amazing. Programs can be deviated from, and you can get lost in the details. I eat sensibly using lots of SparkPeople recipes and faithfully keep a journal of what I eat.
