I am 27 years old. I'm currently trying to lose weight by following a low-carb diet. I have been gluten-free for 5 years as well. My favourite methods of exercise are cycling and hiking.

I took up running at the end of March this year, and did my first 10k on the 5th of August. I've recently added weight training to my weight loss regime.
