My Goals:
Lose two pounds a week. Eat healthier Stay under 1600 calories a day. Stop drinking anything that has calories. And to do something special for myself each week that I meet my goals.
My Program:
45-60 mins of Cardio 5-6 days a week. 20 mins of strength training every other day. Eat no more that 1600 calories a day.
