Hi, I'm 33 years old and live in Adelaide, South Australia. I have an 8 month old baby girl named Violet and a 13 year old baby girl named Brenna. I've had a very hard time losing any wieght at all so far on my own since having the baby, and have been working out for the past 3 months at my local gym. I think I need to work on my diet and motivation. So hopefully this will give me the spark I need to have success! lol

My Goals:
Lose 45 pounds by my birthday May 19th.
Excersize daily.
Eat healthy.
I want to look cute in my clothes again, and I don't want have to find things to hide behind in photos anymore.
My Program:
Going to walk every morning to the park down the street for 1 hour.
Going to work out 5 times a week at the gym, alternating cardio and wieght training.
Going to start counting the calories and eat more fruits and vegies.
Going to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Personal Information:
I'm from Lubbock, Texas originally. I married an Aussie and have lived here in Australia for the last 4 years.
I am a teacher by profession, but I currently stay at home with my 8 month old baby.
