My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and feel better - get rid of the thunder thighs!

My Program:
I log onto SP daily and try to learn more every day. I try to keep very involved with every thing the site has to offer - which is fantastic! I will continue to workout - strength training, pilates and my daily walks.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Maine, lived in Massachusetts for 21 years before moving to PA. I do miss New England, even the snow.

Other Information:
I lost my husband unexpectedly in Sept. of 2008. I am still in shock. I am so thankful for my children and their spouses and the support from family and friends. I have 2 kitties that are great company.
