Thank you for your comment on the GFCF message board! I browsed your page and really relate to your story. Don't know alot about the RAW foods diet but I will be looking into it! One thing I probably don't do enough of is eat more nuts (always low on protein for the day). In a year I hope to make target weight - seems like forever from now but like you at the very least I want to be healthier without having to rely on supplements.
