A New Me

I am 43 and like a lot of others i am going through that midlife spred and can't seem to get rid of it no matter what i do. I am at a point now that i don't even want to look in the mirror to remind myself of how much weight i need to lose. I have a 21 yr old son and a 20 yr. old step daughter who is a size 2 and make me ill to watch all that she eats and never worried about gaining an ounce.

emoticon to the Cutting down the booze (Calories!!) team! I've added you as a friend and look forward to seeing you on our more popular team threads... it's a great place for support without judgement. Be sure to check out "Who's AF today" ... "I was AF today and I ..." and check out the monthly challengs too!

No matter what your goal, you will find non-judgemental support and encouragement from this wonderful team!

Just stopping in to let you know that you are not alone.

Just keep your chin up and consentrate on what your goal is and you will be 125 in Mexico...

Good luck!
