My Goals:
To lose weight and feel great! Have more energy as I move into my mid 40s.

My Program:
I am doing my best to eat right most of the time (this proves to be a little difficult).
I am doing my best to workout 5-6 days a week, right now I am using a Jillian Michaels DVD program and will move on to either T25 or Turbo Fire when I am done with the current one.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Upstate New York (Rochester Area) but have lived in Southeast Gorgia for most of my teen and all of my adult life.

Persist

The only way to fail is to give up. Whatever comes, whatever happens, keep going.
