Think health every day.

Additional goals added 9/26/13: (1) Plan meals in advance weekly before shopping
(2) Train for a 5K

My Program:
Drink water before every meal. Drink water after every cup of coffee. Cut out all soda; change to water.
Maintain a daily routine including a decent bedtime.
Include journal writing as part of my daily routine.

In 2009, I was in a car accident, hit head-on, 100 mph crash, and lucky to be alive. Since I am alive, I want to be as healthy as possible.

I usually plan a week ahead as well. Mainly so I can plan my grocery trip. But my spark challenge said to plan a day so that was today's! Although I didn't follow it exactly. Had a different veggie as a snack then the one listed. :) Have a great Thursday!
