My Goals:
my long term goal is become a healthy person with an ideal weight of 70 kgs.
i want to be healthy enough to conceive and carry my baby.

my goal date is sep 23 . i am going to be a SEXY SIZE 12

My Program:
my goals inculde

1)calorie intake b/w 1400-1700 /day

2)workout 1-2 hrs 3-4 days a week

3)add more strength training

4)build confidence in myself

5)run a 10 k mini marathon in june
my exercise regime inculde:

1)aerobic workout of
60 minutes of walking or any cardio

2)taking steps most of the time

3)more importance to overall strength training

Sorry to hear your shoulders are injured. Yikes. Rotator cuff, I presume? That is ROUGH, because until you injure it, you don't even realise how *much* we use those muscles every single day!
