my goals inculde 1)calorie intake b/w 1400-1700 /day 2)workout 1-2 hrs 3-4 days a week 3)add more strength training 4)build confidence in myself 5)run a 10 k mini marathon in june my exercise regime inculde: 1)aerobic workout of 60 minutes of walking or any cardio 2)taking steps most of the time 3)more importance to overall strength training
