Trying again

I am trying to get a serious hold on my weight for the second time in recent years. I have had a really bad, roller coaster last 10 years and it has taken it's toll on me emotionally and physically. Physically I have gained 200 lbs over the last 10 years and I think it's time for it to go!

I fell in love with the Primal Blueprint after reading the book. I would love to say I am following it to the letter but I am currently doing the me version. I am following all the guidelines except I am being more careful with my calorie intake than is advised. So far so good.

Hi Milford! Happy New Year! Glad to see your status and that you're gonna try and take care of you first for a change! Very good! I've read so much about the stress of shift work/sleep deprivation... first, get your rest... sleep should be your first priority, then proper nutrition, then exercise.. so say all the Doctors: Oz, TheDoctors, etc. One day at a time! Good luck! Hey, it's o.k. to speak up: to wit: don't be a slob, please put your orange peelings in the garbage... and if it's the ex's house.. let him do it: not your problem! emoticon emoticon
