Thanks ladies! I added you because you have inspired me! I need all the support I can get! It's been slow starting, and actually I'm amazed that I am still at it. I would have given up many times over by now. I lost 14 lbs in the first month. This month, so far I've waivered between gaining and losing within a 6 lb range. It's irritating to be working so hard on exercise and not lose. I've been at a calorie defecit, but my diet wasn't the best... so I'm adding in more fruits and vegs and we will see what happens this week!
